How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US. Express shipping delivers in 2-3 business days. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. This is automatically applied at checkout â no code needed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also visit our
order tracking page anytime using your email and order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States including all 50 states, Washington DC, and US territories. International shipping is coming soon!

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Contact us via email or live chat to start a return, and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For defective or damaged items, return shipping is completely free â we'll provide a prepaid label. For other returns and exchanges, a flat $4.99 return shipping fee applies.

Absolutely! All Aylemu Baby products meet or exceed US safety standards. We are CPSC certified, BPA-free, and ASTM tested. Safety is our #1 priority â we never compromise on materials or manufacturing quality.
What age groups are your products for?
We offer products for newborns (0-3 months), infants (3-12 months), and toddlers (1-3 years). Each product page clearly lists the recommended age range. You can also filter products by age on our shop page.
What materials do you use?
We use premium, non-toxic materials including organic cotton, food-grade silicone, BPA-free plastics, and FSC-certified sustainably sourced wood. All materials are thoroughly tested for safety.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
